How to complete your free Lean Readiness Assessment:

1. Download and open the Lean Readiness Assessment
2. Enter your company name in row 28
3. Read each question and place an "x" in the appropriate column in the green shaded area only.  Note: Refer to the rating scale at the bottom of each section.  There are formulas that will automatically calculate your score. 
4. Continue following this process until all 17 sections have been completed.
5. You will notice on the short summary tab how you scored in each section. 
6. Save your file using the current date format plus your company name.  It should look something like this: 2024-07-15 - Precision Bearings
7. Send the completed assessment by using the button below.  We will contact you to book your free 30-minute consultation for a complete review of your score and recommendations on how to improve.
