  • AIAG‑VDA FMEA (Design or Process): Advanced failure mode analysis and action prioritization
  • IATF 16949:2016 Implementation: Process‑based quality management and customer‑specific requirements
  • Internal Auditor with Core Tools: Audit planning, process auditing, and application of SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP
  • ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018: Environmental and OH&S risk management
  • Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action: DOT.STAR, 8D, 5‑Why, and statistical tools
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC): Understanding variation, control charts, and capability
